The following are the Officers of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP)
Chair – Dr Siobhain O’Riordan CPsychol CSci FISCPAccred
Siobhain is a chartered psychologist, a chartered scientist and a fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce. She is also a Fellow of the International Society for Coaching Psychology, a Principle Member of the Association of Business Psychologists and a member of the International Stress Management Association, Association for Coaching and Institute of Health Promotion & Education. With an academic background she is also an experienced trainer, examiner and supervisor on graduate/postgraduate coaching and coaching psychology programmes. She is currently also Editor of the ISCP Journal Coaching Psychology International. She is a past Editor of The Coaching Psychologist and the International Journal of Health Promotion and Education.
Hon Secretary – Rachael Skews AssocMISCP
Rachael is a doctorial researcher and associate lecturer at the Institute of Management Studies at Goldsmiths. Her PhD research area is coaching psychology, with a particular focus on acceptance and commitment coaching. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Special Group for Coaching Psychology. Rachaels doctorial research focuses specifically on the efficacy of acceptance and commitment coaching interventions, mechanisms of change in coaching, psychological flexibility and mindfulness in coaching practice. Her wider research interests include: cognitive behavioural coaching and rational coaching; organisational behaviour; health and wellbeing in the workplace; assessment; performance enhancement; positive psychology; leadership development; and the philosophy of psychology.
Before joining the IMS at Goldsmiths, Rachael worked in HR, career management and talent development consultancies. She has worked with UK and international organisations on a range of projects and her experience encompasses talent development, assessment, leadership development, coaching, career management, stress management and wellbeing.
Rachael facilitates the professional and applied research skills module for the IMS at Goldsmiths. She also teaches in the areas of coaching psychology, organisational behaviour, assessment and selection, training and organisational strategy.
Hon Treasurer – Susan Watsham CPsychol CSci FISCPAccred
A Chartered Counselling Psychologist and a Coaching Psychologist, Susan is a Chartered Scientist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Founder Member of its Special Group for Coaching Psychology, and a Fellow of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.

Kasia is a practitioner psychologist, Health Professions Council Registered Counselling Psychologist. She is former Editor of Counselling Psychology Review and The Coaching Psychologist
